Al Hirt

I recently purchased a record player... best investment ever. Then I went up to Buffalo and went record shopping. I bought two old records of a dixieland trumpet player, Al Hirt. AMAZING. The fat tone he could get was incredible, and his solos SWUNG. I couldn't find too much dixieland stuff on Youtube, but I found a concert video he did. Check it out. Also, he was the trumpet player for that sweet Flight Of The Bumblebee arrangement on Kill Bill Vol. 1. Whoa.
